National Dance Day GSO

From 3:30 to 10 p.m., 13 local dance groups will represent a range of dance styles - from Bachata to Ballroom, Streetstyle to Swing and more. National Dance Day is not a spectator event, so be sure to dress comfy and come out prepared to shake your groove thing.

'Hamlet'

The Drama Center presents an outdoor performance of Shakespeare's "Hamlet" at 6 p.m. Thursday through Sunday at Barber Park, 1500 Barber Park Drive in Greensboro.

Eastern Music Festival

This summer's Eastern Music Festival will come to a close on Saturday. But the public still has a chance to hear guest classical pianist Horacio Gutiérrez and student concerts.

Music for a Sunday Evening in the Park

Music for a Sunday Evening in the Park will continue at 6 p.m. Sunday at Country Park, Shelter 7, 3905 Nathanael Greene Drive. Low Key plays at 6 p.m., followed by Sam Frazier at 7:15 p.m.

Admission is free, but donations are appreciated. Bring blankets and chairs.

Greensboro Trails Day will be from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday at Country Park, 3802 Jaycee Park Drive in Greensboro.

George Clinton

George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic will perform at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at White Oak Amphitheatre in the Greensboro Coliseum complex.
